It's Time is a visual narrative about the proliferation of corruption within the African experience and the importance of sound character and discipline as the key agents of change. The film is split into two sections: first black and white and then color, first dialogue and then action, first slow then fast, first yin and then yang etc. to help to accentuate both the depth of our problems and the greatness of their solutions.
